File of Life

File of Life is a free SBAS program that can save valuable time in the event of an emergency.
Participants complete a medical information form that contains their pertinent medical history, medications, allergies, etc.

The form is then placed on the refrigerator (preferred location) or somewhere easily visible and accessible by first responders.
